All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
All purchases through our website are subject to product availability. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, company, geographic region or jurisdiction.
Prices for our products are subject to change, without notice. Any price changes will be confirmed for all orders placed on our site prior to payment settlement. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in Canadian dollars.

Shipping Information
We pride ourselves in our speedy shipping procedures. Most items are shipped within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Shipping is completed during local normal business hours and excludes weekend and statutory holidays. We use several shipping broker to calculate the best rates and delivery schedule. If you require overnight or specialty shipping please select your desired shipping method during the checkout procedure (subject to availability).
Orders crossing International borders may have special shipping fees, duties and brokage fees which may not be calculated during checkout. You will be notified of these extra fees during the order confirmation. You are responsible for any extra fees and they are typically billed to you by your customs broker or shipping company. To avoid extra fees we primarily ship within the destination country and avoid crossing international boundries.
If any item(s) are out of stock or back-ordered we will notify you prior to shipping the other portion of your order. You can choose to ship what is in stock or wait until the back-ordered items are available for shipment.
Any additional fees applied by the carrier, such as residential/rural delivery, will be automatically charged to your payment method. To accurately calculate shipping changes, please be sure to indicate any special shipping requirements prior to order completion.
Return Policy
At Surrey Water Polo Club, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product to us within 14 days of receipt of product for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping.
Terms and Conditions of Product Returns:
- Items must not be damaged in any way
- Refund is credited when all items are received and inspected by Surrey Water Polo Club
- Refund amount is less any shipping costs, duties, customs brokerage fees or duties
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after your order arrives for directions on returning the defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange. All shipping damage claims MUST be made within 24 hours of receipt of order. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Exchange Rates
At this time, all invoices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified on the invoice.
Exchange rates are recalculated at the time of processing orders and are shown only as an estimation based on the current rates when the item was added to your list or cart. Invoices and written quotations are written in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified in the document.
Actual exchange rates (and any additional fees) may be applied by your credit card company on payment processing. Contact your credit card provider for clarification.
