Our 14U Comp Dev Program is a water polo program for athletes born in 2011 and 2012. The Comp Dev Program is exactly how it sounds, which a hybrid between our Development and Competitive program to give the best of both worlds which is learning more advanced water polo skills while continuing to maintain basic core skills. Athletes will work on swimming, routines, skills, techniques, tactics and more throughout their four practices a week. Once Comp Dev athletes complete this program, they will feel ready and prepared to tackle our Competitive Men's or Women's Program!

Comp Dev athletes will compete in local tournament throughout the season such as the West Coast Invitational in October and Tournament of Courage in January. Additionally, each month our Comp Dev athletes compete in 14U game nights through the Surrey Water Polo League (SWPL). These events give athletes the extra opportunity to compete against other local teams in the area. These games take place monthly on Sunday evenings at the Guildford Recreation Centre (GRC) and are designed to be a fun, positive and development-focused experience.
